These terms govern use of the public LEEPAPAY website. Payment services are governed separately by the applicable merchant agreements.

This website is operated by Crownbridge Global Limited, a company incorporated in Kenya under registration number PVT-L51DKK92, trading as LEEPAPAY ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the public website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
2. Scope and merchant agreements
These terms apply to visitors and other users of the public website, including its content and contact form. Merchants that register, onboard, integrate with or use LEEPAPAY payment services are additionally governed by the applicable Merchant Service Agreement, rate cards, onboarding approvals and other contractual documents.
These Website Terms of Use do not replace or duplicate those merchant documents. If these terms conflict with an executed merchant agreement concerning payment services, the applicable merchant agreement governs that merchant relationship. Website information alone does not constitute merchant approval or a commitment to provide a particular service, rate, payment method or territory.
3. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes, such as learning about LEEPAPAY and contacting us. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or its security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful or misleading material.
4. Website information
We aim to keep website content accurate and current, but product descriptions, availability, coverage, illustrations, performance figures and other information may change. Please contact us to confirm current service details before relying on them for a business decision. A separate quotation, proposal or merchant agreement will state the commercial terms that apply to a particular arrangement.
